2. How does Chuangxin Cloud guarantee that BB-400 is from the original manufacturer or authorized agents?

6. What is the process for return or replacement of BB-400?

If there is something wrong with the BB-400 we delivered, we will accept the replacement or return of the BB-400 only when all of the below conditions are fulfilled:
