2. How does Chuangxin Cloud guarantee that MCC-ZAP is from the original manufacturer or authorized agents?

6. What is the process for return or replacement of MCC-ZAP?

If there is something wrong with the MCC-ZAP we delivered, we will accept the replacement or return of the MCC-ZAP only when all of the below conditions are fulfilled:
